Booking Policy
Currently all consultations with Omoi Health are online only and can be made on this website.
Online bookings are made through the Australian booking service and practice management software, Simple Clinic.
A confirmation email will be sent at the time of booking and a booking reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware of the cancellation policy of Omoi Health.
Cancellation of consultations requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will incur a charge of 50% of the total fee.
Failure to attend, or missed consultations without notice will incur a charge of 100% of the total fee.
If unforeseen circumstances arise such as sudden illness or if the practitioner is unable to proceed with the appointment, any prior payment will be refunded in full or rescheduling offered.

At Omoi Health, we respect your time and we hope that you respect our time mutually. A late cancellation or missed appointment could be a consultation utilised to support another client.
Consultation Rescheduling
Rescheduling of appointments requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.
If rescheduling of an appointment occurs within 24 hours of the consultation time, you will incur a fee.
Late arrival – If you are aware that you will be late to your scheduled consultation time, please email us at hello@omoi.com.au to inform us of your arrival time. If this time is longer than 15 minutes, the consultation may be cancelled and you may still incur the consultation fee.
Pricing Policy
Consultation prices reflect not only the time with the practitioner during the consultation, but also the time the practitioner spends on your case outside of the consultation time such as preparation time and case research.
Pricing is subject to change without notice and any discounted consultations will only be available during that specified time.
Payment
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and are not subject to GST.
All payments made through this website and our appointment booking link are processed using Stripe. Any financial information that you enter is stored under Stripe’s security policy and we do not have access to this information. Please see: https://stripe.com/docs/security
If you have any issues with this payment method, please reach out to us so we can arrange an alternative payment method for you.
Invoices for consultation or supplement orders need to be paid within 7 days from the invoice date. If we have not received payment after 7 days, you will contacted directly and you may incur an administrative fee.

Refund Policy
At Omoi Health, we do not offer consultation refunds.
We use third-party suppliers for supplementation and herbal medicine prescriptions. If you have received an incorrect order, a missing product or a broken product, please let us know urgently so we can resolve the matter promptly.
If an adverse reaction to any prescribed products should occur, please contact us immediately.
Appointment Information & Etiquette
Client intake form - After booking an initial appointment, a confirmation email will be sent to you including a client intake form. Please complete this intake form at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation time. An email reminder will be sent to you 48 hours before your scheduled consultation time to ensure this is done.
Delivery – Postage charges are set by our third-party suppliers. If you have any issues with postage or delivery of your prescriptions, please contact us.
Communication & Behaviour –
Please ensure you are in a quiet and private area for your online consultation.
Please communicate with our practitioners in a polite and kind manner, we will not tolerate any disrespectful or aggressive behaviour to our practitioners.
We will remove any comments on our social media that we deem disrespectful or offensive.
